Consulting

Consulting: automation architecture and AI-agent readiness.

Advisory work, billed by the engagement. I look at what you have already built, tell you what will break as it scales, and leave your team able to run it without me. No retainer, no platform to buy.

What I take on

Three kinds of engagement. All of them end with a document your team keeps.

Automation architecture reviews

A read of your n8n instance or whatever is running in its place: workflow structure, error handling, credential hygiene, queue mode, what happens when a node fails at 2am. You get findings ordered by what will cost you first.

AI voice-agent readiness

Before you buy or build: which calls are actually automatable, what your telephony and data setup will support, where the latency budget goes, and what a realistic first deployment looks like. Vendor-neutral.

Workshops

Half-day and full-day sessions for engineering and ops teams on n8n, agent design, and evaluating AI vendors. Built around your workflows, not slides.

02

What this is not

This is advisory work with me, not a product. I would rather point you at the right one than sell you the wrong engagement.

01

You want a deployed voice agent for a business

That is Voxdonna: a running product with support, not a consulting engagement.

02

You are a government department or run citizen services

That is AiSewak, built for Indic languages and public-service workloads.

03

You are building it yourself

The n8n guides and the blog are free and get most teams a long way before anyone needs to be paid.

How it starts

One call. You describe the system and the problem, I tell you whether I am the right person for it. If I am not, I will say so on the call.
